Barbara E. Allen, 82, resident of Eldorado passed away Monday, February 13, 2017 at Saline Care Center in Harrisburg. Barbara was born December 10, 1934 in Eldorado to the late Frank and Georgia (Aldredge) Stout. On June 10, 1955, she married Clarence Allen who survives. In addition to her husband she is survived by a daughter; Lisa (Grant) Cox of Eldorado, two sons; Mark (Lisa) Allen of Norris City, David (Ronda) Allen of Harrisburg, a sister; Martha Wilbanks of Eldorado, a brother; Larry Stout of Shaumburg, six grandchildren; Christina Cox of NY, C. Grant Cox of PA, Briley Allen of Norris City, Benjamin Allen of Norris City, Jessica Allen of Harrisburg, Jason Allen of Harrisburg, one great granddaughter; Kyrin Rosdil of NY. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers; Bobbie Stout, Darrell Stout, John Stout and a sister Betty Stout. Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Sunday, February 19, 2017 at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home with Rev. Aaron Phelps officiating. Visitation is Sunday noon to service time. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery near Eldorado.
