Flora Beth Lampert, 77, resident of Evansville, Indiana, formally of Eldorado, passed away Friday, September 1, 2017 at the Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, Indiana. Flora was born December 17, 1939 in Eldorado to the late Norman and Lorene (Pritchett) Smith. She graduated Eldorado High School in the class of 1957. She was a retired correctional officer at the Illinois Youth Center in Harrisburg. Flora is survived by a son; David Lampert of Evansville, two daughters; Vanessa (Jeff) Berlin of Evansville, Alane (Robert) Clark of Newburgh, a brother Norman Smith of CA, two sisters; Karen Walker of Columbia, IL, Sarah Jane Duffner of MO, seven grandchildren; Preston Clark, Ashley Clark, Jacob Berlin, Jeremy Berlin, Cassandra Berlin, Riley Lampert, Darby Lampert and 5 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a grandson Robbie Clark. Funeral Services will be at 1:00 pm Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home in Eldorado with pastor Joe Turnbloom officiating.
