Frank Harley DeBose, 78, resident of McLeansboro passed away Tuesday November 8, 2016 at the McLeansboro Rehab and Health Care Center. Frank was born January 21, 1938 in Sturgis, Ky to the late William and Lucy “Goldie” (Caldwell) DeBose. On August 31, 1958, Frank married the former Eva Jane Butler. From this union six children were born; Cathy (Rick) Cronin of Carmi, Connie Mobley of New Haven, the late Frankie H. DeBose, Jr., Eddie (Sheila) Debose of Carmi, Gregory (Melody) DeBose of McLeansboro and Kimberly (Doug) Hawkins of Catlin. On May 8, 2004 he married Willie Mae McDaniel, from this union a son and three daughters became a family, Michael Huckabay of McLeansboro, Crystal (Gerald) Skelton of McLeansboro, Jackie (Dustin) Parmley of McLeansboro, Melody (Greg) DeBose of McLeansboro. Frank is also survived by a sister; Dorothy Smith and three brothers; Clifford, Donald and Robert “Bobby” Debose, 20 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. In addition to his parents and son, he was preceded in death by nine siblings; Willard DeBose, Thomas DeBose, Henry DeBose, Curtis DeBose, J.W. DeBose, Lucy Hosman, Billie Sigler, Mary Clark and Ruby Barnes. Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm Friday, November 11, 2016 at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home in Eldorado with Walter Rexing officiating. Visitation is 11:00 am until service time Friday at the funeral home. Private burial will be held later at Jackson Cemetery in Ridgway.
