Robin Joy Owen, 59, of Eldorado, passed away on Tuesday, August 2, 2016, 5:25 p.m. at the St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, Mo. She was born on May 23, 1957 in Moberly, Mo., the daughter of Don and Bettie (Hunter) Tilden. Robin married Loy H. Owen on April 11, 1993, who survives. She was a member of the Dorrisville Baptist Church in Harrisburg. Robin is survived by her husband Loy Owen of Eldorado; one daughter, Tiffany D. Brown and Fiancé Brain P. Warren of Broughton; one step daughter, Brandi and Kyle Chapin of New Holland, Penn.; one step son, Grady Owen of Eldorado; two sisters, Paula Tilden of Klamath Falls, Ore., Carla Beal of Moberly, Mo., two brothers, John Lepper of Indianapolis, Ind., Robert Tilden of Fulton, Mo.; three granddaughters, Peyton Brown, Christa Brown, Jordan Warren; two grandsons, Brody Warren and Chase Chapin; one great granddaughter, Ryleigh Hunt. She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Donnie Nathaniel Long; and one sister, Edwenia Hargis. Visitation for Robin will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2016 from 10 a.m. until service time at 1 p.m. at the Dorrisville Baptist Church in Harrisburg. Pastor Dewayne Taylor will be officiating the service with burial at Gholson Cemetery near Broughton. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Gholson Cemetery. Colonial Terrace Funeral Home in Eldorado is in charge of arrangements.
