Robley Virginia Gibbs, 94, of Ocala, Fla. formerly of Eldorado passed way on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at the Ocala Regional Hospital in Ocala, Fla. She was born on September 20, 1923 in Eldorado, the only daughter of the late George and Lillie Bell (Crow) Orr. Robley was a clerk at P.N. Hirsch in Eldorado for many years and a member of the Star Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughter, Sharon and Don Sturgal of Tavares, Fla. and her grandson, Christopher and Tina O’Dell of Eldorado. Robley was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ernest Clyde Gibbs; five brothers, Conrad, Roy, Albert, Pearl and Fred Orr. Visitation for Robley will be held on Friday, January 5, 2018 from 10 a.m. until service time at 1 p.m. at the Colonial Terrace Funeral Home in Eldorado. The Rev. Aaron Phelps and Rev. Roy Dale Orr will officiate the service with burial at the Lindale Cemetery in Eldorado.
