Stella Frances Anderson, 91, resident of Eldorado passed away Tuesday August 9, 2016 at Ferrell Hospital. Stella was born October 24, 1924 in Eldorado to the late Norval and Ethel (Barnett) Bean. On August 18, 1945 she married Philip Anderson who preceded her in death March 10, 2003. She was a member of the Raleigh Baptist Church. She is survived by two sons; Tom Anderson of Eldorado, Jim (Lisa) Anderson of Raleigh, a daughter; P.J. Prince of Eldorado, a sister; Grace Mathis of TX, three grandchildren; Larren (Jim) Maloney of Newburgh, IN, Adam (Rachel) Anderson of Raleigh, Amy Jo (Ken) Wood of New Hope, AL, great grandchildren; Jordan Quetermous, Cale Anderson and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by two brothers; Ralph and Delmon Bean, four sisters; LaVerne Ego, Ruth Anderson, Joyce Miller and Romayne Jones. Funeral services will be at 11:00 am Friday, August 12, 2016 at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Weaver officiating. Burial will be in Rhine Cemetery in Raleigh. Visitation will be Thursday 4-8 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to the Rhine Cemetery and will be accepted at the funeral home.
