Danny Ray Potts

Danny Ray Potts, 67, resident of Eldorado passed away Thursday, March 28, 2024 at Eldorado Rehab and Healthcare. Danny was born September 8, 1956 in Eldorado to Paul "Denny" and Madge "Isabelle" (Aud) Potts. His mother, Isabelle, survives. Danny graduated Eldorado High School in 1974. He was a life long over-the-road truck driver for 36 years. Danny is survived by two sons, Terry Potts and wife, Alma of Eldorado; Tony Potts of Evansville, Indiana; grandchildren, Iziah Jeramiah, Nathaniel and Lucas;

brother, John Potts and wife, Debbie of Harrisburg; sister, Carol Schumer and husband, Barney of Perryville Missouri; great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Danny was preceded in death by his father, Denny Potts; sister, Mary Ann Brogan Mattingly; and grandson, Elijah Jared Potts. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 5, 2024 at 2 PM at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home. Rev. Russell Helton will officiate. Visitation will be held Friday, April 5, 2024 from Noon until 2 PM.
