Adam L. Troester, 54, resident of Eldorado passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at Ferrell Hospital. Adam was born March, 9 1965 in Wichita, KS to the late James Lewis and Wanda Louise (Schafer) Troester. He married the former Lisa Clark who survives. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Harrisburg. He was employed by Aisin Manufacturing in Marion. Adam was an outdoor enthusiast and had a passion for hunting. In addition to his wife Lisa, he is survived by two sons: Benjamin (Heather) Troester of Eldorado, Joshua (Blaire) Troester of Eldorado, a brother: Anthony (Marilyn) Troester of Olney, four grandchildren: Aidan, Amelia, Gideon and Noah, and a uncle, Clyde (Trish) Schafer of Metropolis. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister: Angela Snyder. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 am Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home in Eldorado with Rev. Chris Winkelman officiating. Visitation will be Monday, October 14, 2019 from 4-7 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in Wolf Creek Cemetery. Memorial contributions in Adam’s memory may be made to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering and will be accepted at the funeral home.
