Carter Ray Riden

Carter Ray Riden, 3, resident of Eldorado passed away Saturday, October 26, 2019 at Harrisburg Medical Center. Carter was born August 20, 2016 in Marion to Justin Riden and Miranda Brandsasse. Carter is survived by his mother: Miranda (Cody Rash) Oxford of Eldorado, his father: Justin Riden of Harrisburg, siblings: James Oxford of Carbondale, Morgan Oxford of Shawneetown, Rylan Oxford of Shawneetown, Lakin Watson of Shawneetown, Abbie Risen of Carmi, Emery Riden of Harrisburg, Easton Riden of Harrisburg, maternal grandparents: Steve (Kay) Brandsasse of Eldorado, Willye (Flint) Smock of Shawneetown, Daryl “Duh Duh” Rash of Eldorado, maternal great grandmothers: Ruby Rash of Eldorado, Lisa (John Simmons) Rash of Ewing, paternal grandparents: Homer (Sandra) Riden of Eldorado, aunts and uncles: Dusty (Liz) Brandsasse, Derek Brandsasse, Michael George, Chris Riden, Nichole Ritenour, Shawn Rash, Robbie Rash, Wesley “Weasel” Hopkins of Marion and several other cousins and great aunts and uncles. Carter was preceded in death by three uncles: Stevie Brandsasse, Joey Sisk and Cliffor Riley. Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm Thursday, October 31, 2019 at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Weaver officiating.  Visitation will be Thursday 11:00 am to service time at the funeral home.  Burial will be in Rhine Cemetery in Raleigh.
