Charles Wesley Hausser was born September 3, 1931 in Eldorado, Illinois and died January 16, 2019 in West Covina, CA. Married June 25, 1950 to Dolores Jean (King) Hausser who survives him in death. He is also survived by two daughters, Dorothy Kay (Dale) Cash and Janet Lee (Paul) Benson, Daughter-in-law, Liz Lane and five grandchildren: Charles E. Logston, V (Sandi), Allison (Rick) Williams, Natalie (Tim) Wood, Rebecca (Adam) Hoffman and Chelsea Hausser, 12 great grandchildren, two brothers, 1 brother-in-law and four sister-in-laws. He was preceded in death by his parents Charles Robert and Lilly Bell Hausser, his son Charles David Hausser and 1 brother-in-law. He graduated from Eldorado Township High School, received a Batchelor of Science degree from Union University, Jackson, TN, studied at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, IL and Southwest Baptist Theological Seminary, Fort Worth, TX. He was ordained to the work of the Gospel Ministry and during 55 plus years served as pastor of churches in TN, IL,TX, and CA. He was a strong supporter of missions and participated in several mission trips. He enjoyed Southern Gospel music, fishing, hunting, golfing and most all sports. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.
