Charlotte Ann Wellman, 75, resident of Herrin passed away Sunday, March 31, 2019 at her residence. Charlotte was born May 20, 1943 in Evansville, IN to the late Elijah W. and Edna M. (Wright) Kimmel. She is survived by a daughter: Teresa Ann Brown of Evansville, IN, A brother: Elijah K. Wellman, Jr. of TX, two sisters: Wanda Swope of NV, Deloris Sweeney of Evansville, a grandson: Joshua L. Brown, three great grandchildren: Jada, Joshua, Jr., Aaron and special friends Chris and Rhonda. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by eight sisters: Irma, Gloria, Lillian, Kathryn, Vickie, Eva, Sheila and Joan. As per her wishes she will be cremated and there will be no public services. Colonial Terrace Funeral Home and Crematory assisted the family with arrangements.
