Doris (Sweeney) Mazakis

Doris Mazakis, 80, resident of Eldorado passed away Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at her residence. Doris was born June 11, 1938 in Beauty, KY to the late Thomas and Margaret (James) Sweeney. She married Andy Mazakis who preceded her in death. Prior to retirements Doris worked in the home health field. She was a member of the Church of New Beginnings in Eldorado. She is survived by six children: Debbie (Antonio) Pedroza of TX, Patricia King of TX, Judith Garcia of Eldorado, Brenda Watt of Eldorado, Tony (Erin) Mazakis of TN, Angelique (Scott) Murrow of Harrisburg, two siblings, 20 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and one great great grandson.  In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by 9 siblings and three children: Stephen Mazakis, Barbara and Danny Cook. Funeral services will be at 11:00 am Saturday, July 7, 2018 at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home in Eldorado with Rev.
