Edward T. Passmore, 76, resident of Eldorado passed away Saturday, July 20, 2019 at his residence. Ed was born July 17, 1943 in Harrisburg, PA to the late Theodore Roosevelt Passmore and Alma Elizabeth (Litten) Blouir. He was a construction worker and owned his own construction company. He Served in the US Navy. He was a life member of the Eldorado American Legion Post #169. Ed is survived by three daughters: Donna Passmore of Raleigh, Deanna Fritts of Eldorado, Paula (Michael) Maloney of Eldorado, a brother: Ronald (Angie) Passmore of TN, three sisters: Evelyn Woodeard of OH, Mary Jane Blouir of NC, Carol (Mike) Townsend of KY, grandchildren: Eddie Passmore, Joyce (Nathan) Cotton, John David Potts, Kristy Potts, Derek (Felicia) Hargrave, Jessica Passmore, Tiffany Deaton, Tyler Deaton, Ben (Amanda) Maloney, Great grandchildren: Elijah, Gabriel, William, McKenzie, Keylie, Mason, Aubrey, Gage, Taylor, Tristen, Kyler, Kamryn, Dallas, Breyden, a special niece: Angela Passmore and several other nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his step father: David “Pops” Blouir, a daughter: Catherine Passmore, a sister: Phoebe Dudnikoff and a great grandson: Bentley. Funeral services will be at 11:00am Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home with Rev. Russell Helton officiating. Visitation will be 5-7 pm Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Wolf Creek Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Eldorado American Legion Post #169 and will be accepted at the funeral home.
