Etsel Harrawood age 86 of Eldorado passed away Thursday October 19, 2017 at his home in Eldorado, Illinois. He was born on July 3, 1931. He was the son of the late Nellie (Shelton) and Arthur Harrawood. He was employed for many years at Pool Pontiac in Harrisburg as parts manager. After his retirement he stayed busy helping his family with various projects. He is survived by three daughters, Rhonda (Eric) Travelstead, Barbara (Richard) Woolard of Eldorado, Janice Oliver of Topeka, IN and a son, Kenny (Beverly) Harrawood of Eldorado. He is survived by grandchildren: Mandy Monti of Benton, Erica Hatchett, Allison (Jeremy) Weaver of Marion and Brian (Brittney) Travelstead of Carbondale, Michael Harrawood, Neal Woolard, Lindsay (Lloyd) Neafus of Eldorado, Rodney (Nicole) Oliver, Brandi (Joe) Drake of Topeka, IN. He is survived by great grandchildren Gabe Price , Katie & Julius Hatchett, Gwen & Teddy Weaver CoCo McQuirty, Audrey Travelstead, Ben & Gracie Harrawood, Payton, Colton, Parker and Kadence Oliver, Jared (Megan), Isaac & Jayni Lu Drake and one great- great granddaughter Melody Drake. He is survived by one sister Betty Pool and two brothers, Ronnie and Raymond Harrawood. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Gaytha Harrawood, son-in-law Rod Oliver, sisters Virginia Harrawood, Jane Martin and June Fulkerson and a brother Bob Harrawood. As per his wishes private family services will be held. Colonial Terrace Funeral home was in charge of arrangements.
