Hal D. Whitlock, 78, resident of Raleigh passed away Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at Evelyn’s House Hospice in Creve Coeur, Mo. Hal was born May 24, 1940 in Raleigh, IL to the late Hal E. and Lucille (Payne) Whitlock. He is survived by his wife Mary Lou (Price) Whitlock, two sons: DeWayne (LaDonna) Whitlock of Raleigh, Dwight (Sunday) Whitlock of Eldorado, a daughter: Denise Phelps of Raleigh, a step son: Jeff (Susan) McVay of Harrisburg, a sister: Joyce Ann Kolmer of Raleigh, 8 grandchildren: Dane (Jean) Whitlock, Evan Whitlock, Jake Whitlock, Ame (Jake) Wiman, Sydney Whitlock, Dylan Phelps, Delaney (Blaine) Oglesby, Dalton Phelps, 3 great grandchildren: Hallee Whitlock, Jaynee Whitlock, Justus Whitlock, a special niece: Jackie Ann (Keith) Ital of Harrisburg and several other nieces, nephews and cousins.
