Kathy also had 2 nephews Grady Owen, Jordan Aloffo, on her husbands side , 1 Niece Brandi Jo Chapin and a great Nephew Chace. and was awaiting the arrival in May of another great grandchild, That is going to be a girl name Kinzie Jo. Kathy was a very loving person always having a smile on her face and eager for you to lend an ear. She lived her life for the Lord and looked forward to seeing her husband James Buddy Barker who preceded her in death in 1999. And her parents whom also preceded her in death. She left behind her puppy named Dandy and we were very fortunate that a long time friend of hers offered to take him as a constant reminder of her friendship with Kathy. She taught in Sunday school. Sung solos at Church with such an angelic voice. At times she preached at Church, she was an ordained Minister. Her life was walking in Gods favor and ministering to friends or foes that needed advise or help, or just a shoulder and arm for comfort. She was very proud of her yard at home she herself planted and grew the most Beautiful Rose Bushes. She had so many great friends that there are too many to list but they all know who they are and will always have the memories that they shared together playing games with them often.
