Kenneth “Kenny” Webb, 61, passed away December 12, 2017 at the Harrisburg Medical Center with a longtime caregiver by his side. Kenny was born in Rockford, Illinois on March 1, 1956. He was Catholic by faith. Kenny made Harrisburg his home in July of 1995 when he moved to Turner Manor, ICFDD. In September of 2014 Kenny moved into the new CILA home operated by Coleman Tri-County Services, with his best buddy and friend. Kenny has been a blessing and will hold a special place in the hearts of his peers and caretakers. He will be deeply missed. Graveside memorial services will be at 2:00 pm Wednesday December 20, 2017 at Sunset Lawn Cemetery in Harrisburg. Colonial Terrace Funeral home in Eldorado is in charge of arrangements.
