Rachel J. Hunt

Rachel J. Hunt, 65, resident of Harrisburg passed away October 4, 2018 at the Harrisburg Medical Center. Rachel was born October 31, 1952 in Harrisburg to the late Troy and Almeda (Karns) Bryant. Rachel was a Baptist by faith. She married William Hunt who preceded her in death. Rachel is survived by one son; Dean and wife Angie Reid of Harrisburg. Two brothers; Doug (Christine) Bryant of Albion, Troy D. (Helen) Bryant of Harrisburg, two sisters; Ella (Tony) Young of Eldorado, Judy (Eddie) Meyers of Harrisburg and two grandchildren; Hannah and Keaton. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by two sisters; Darlene Freeman and Vera Pleasance. Rachel was cremated at her request and a graveside memorial service will be held 11:00 am Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Sunset Lawn Cemetery in Harrisburg with Barry Steed officiating.  Those attending should meet at the cemetery.  Colonial Terrace Funeral Home in Eldorado is in charge of arrangements.
