Sarah Kathleen McDowell, 93, resident of Waterford, Michigan passed away Friday, March 10, 2017 at her residence. Kathleen was born February 18, 1924 in Omaha, Illinois to the late William E. and Mary E. (Barton) Ramsey. She was a homemaker. She married Robert E. McDowell who preceded her in death. Kathleen is survived by two daughters; Ramona J. Maxwell and Mary Kelly, a son; Robert S. McDowell and a granddaughter; Deborah Hancock. In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a son; Frenche Ray Dunivan, three brothers; Jess Ramsey, Paul D. Ramsey, Bill Ramsey, four sisters; Lolita C. Ferrier, Fairy Bourland, Ann Gass and Edith Scott. Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm Thursday, March 16, 2017 at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home in Eldorado with Rev. Arthur Austin, Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Lawn Cemetery in Harrisburg. Visitation will be Thursday, 11am to the service time.
