Wanda L. Cochran, 76, resident of Wasson passed away Monday, June 17, 2019 at Eldorado Nursing and Rehab. Wanda was born in Henderson, KY May 3, 1943 to the late James L. and Mary E. (Courtney) Cook. She worked in the dietary department at Fountainview Nursing home for 13 years and then at Ferrell Hospital for 8 years. Wanda is survived by her husband James R. Cochran, two children: Paula (Marty) Chaney ofEvansville, IN, James “Bubby” Cochran of Eldorado, a sister: Ann McLevain of Henderson, KY, a brother: James (Shirley) Cook of Kuttwa, KY, eight grandchildren: Crystal (Josh) Shirley of Eldorado, Joshua R. Carter of Eldorado, Miranda (Josh) Hall of Eldorado, Latisha (Kevin) Thaxton of Harrisburg, Max (Krystalynn) Starkloff of St. Louis, MO, Steven (Gary) Dolden of Evansville, IN, Nathan Cochran of Eldorado, Carly Cochran of Eldorado, 17 great grandchildren: Zach, Corey, Mark, Brooke, Gage, Jacob, Jayln, Konner, Cash, Colton, Cadleigh, Jeremiah, Aaron, Tessa, Lily, Max and Gabe, 7 sisters-in-law, 3 brothers-in-law and a host of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter Tammy L. Cochran. Funeral services will be at 11:00 am on Friday, June 21, 2019 at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Gentry officiating. Burial will be in Abner Cemetery in Nason, Illinois. Visitation will be 9:00 am to service time on Friday.
