Angela Christine (Payne) Britton

Angela Christine Britton was born on June 10, 1982 to Patricia “Kay” Payne and the late Larry Price. She was called home to Heaven in the early morning of Sunday, September 24, 2023 after a long fight with stomach cancer. She passed away peacefully in her home in Eldorado, IL. She was deeply loved by all who knew her and she loved those around her with everything she had. She would gladly give everything she had for her family and her love of the Lord was deep and wide. Along with her dad Larry Price, Angela is preceded in death by her grandma, Vivian Price and her granddaughter, Gianna Johnson. She is survived by her husband of 15 years, Troy Britton and their five children, Takiya and Colton Johnson, Zakiya, Jada, Jeremiah, and Jackson Britton. She is also survived by her mother Kay Payne and Jeff Patton, her siblings Deborah Price, Shannon and Janis Price, April Fulton, Anthony Price and Meghan Stiles, and Montana Long. She is also survived by her unborn grandson, her nieces Mystic Rigney, Alexzandria Price, Trinity Cummins, Ryann and Kamryn Long, and her nephews Adrian and Eli Fulton, Braxton Price, Xander Long, and Hemi and Kash Price. She was constantly surrounded by those who loved her and a host of people who were ready to help throughout her fight. She had multiple family friends who assisted with care and transportation for chemo; including Veneta Warren, who was close before cancer and became even closer through her time of need. Funeral services will be at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home in Eldorado, IL on Saturday, September 30, 2023 with the viewing at 10:00 am and funeral at 11:00 am. The burial will take place immediately after at Wolf Creek Cemetery.  All are welcome to attend to celebrate Angela’s life and to love on her family.
