Austyn Hopkins

Brent Austyn Hopkins, 17, resident of Eldorado passed away Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at his residence. Austyn was born January 7, 2004 in Marion to Bradley Brent and Annika Megan (Bean) Hopkins. He was a senior at Eldorado High School. In addition to his parents he is survived by a sister: Mya Jade Hopkins of Eldorado, paternal grandparents: Bradley and Paula Hopkins of Eldorado, maternal grandparents: Walter Kevin and Bonnie Bean of Eldorado, paternal great grandmother: Jo Hopkins of Eldorado, maternal great grandmother: Ruth Bean of Eldorado, aunts and uncles: Tisha Clark (Brad) of Eldorado, Chris (Amy) Bean of Galatia, Shawn (Jaycee) Bean of Eldorado, Allen Barr of Eldorado, cousins: Isiah, Connor, Blakely, Taylyn, Maryn, Hailee, Mariah, Madison, Mikaela, Nick, Dan and his girlfriend: Samantha Rhodes. He was preceded in death by paternal great grandparents: Donald Ray Hopkins and Bob and Mary Lou Sullivan, maternal great grandparents: Loren Bean and Frank and Geneva Dardeen and an aunt: Taryn Hopkins. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, January 10, 2022 at Colonial Terrace Funeral home with Rev. Russell Helton officiating. Visitation will be Monday from 10:00 a.m. to service time at the funeral home. Burial will be in Wolf Creek Cemetery.
