Betty JoAnn Ballard, 84, resident of Eldorado passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at Brookstone Estates in Harrisburg. JoAnn was born December 4, 1936 in Eldorado to the late Robert and Madeline (Gass) Ross. She married Fred Ballard who preceded her in death. She was a member of College Heights Baptist Church. JoAnn is survived by two sons: Eric (Betty) Brannock and Zach Ballard, a daughter: Lee Ann Grief, six grandchildren: Jason (Tiffany) Brannock, Shea (Otis) Curry, Erin (Joel) Owens, Blaina (Cole) Sanders, Megan (Chris) Funkhouser, Rocky Grief, a sister: June Lloyd, a nephew: Ross (Kara) Lloyd and 12 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a son-in-law: Gary Grief and a brother-in-law: Leo Lloyd. Funeral services will be at 1:00pm Sunday, September 19, 2021 at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home in Eldorado with Rev. Russell Helton officiating. Visitation will be 11:00 am until service time on Sunday. Burial will be in Wolf Creek Cemetery.
