Billy Dean Carter, 72, resident of Eldorado passed away Saturday, April 6, 2019 at 3:05 am at Eldorado Rehab and Healthcare. Billy was born February 7, 1947 in Bush, IL to the late Harry and (Oza) (Pierce) Carter. Billy is survived by his wife Emmaline Carter, three daughters: Tina (James Baldwin) of Eldorado, Angela Sosa of OK, Tina Stinson of KY, two step-daughters: Paula Copter of FL, Gerri Sutton of KY, a step-son: Russ Babe Poole of KY, a sister: Darlene Tolbert of Eldorado, a close friend that he loved as a son: Girard Cole, two brother in laws: Charles Qualls, Jerry Lynch, two sister in laws: Bobbie Turner, Jody Posley and a friend he thought the world of Adrian Edelspein, 18 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Billy loved to fish and the outdoors. A special thanks to Dr. Jackson and the staff at Eldorado Rehab and Healthcare for the care they provided.
