Billy Joe Duncan, 59, resident of Eldorado passed away Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at the Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, Indiana. Billy was born May 22, 1962 in Eldorado to the late William V. Duncan, Jr. and the former Mary Jean Horn who survives. Billy attended Eldorado Church of God. He was employed at First Southern Bank in Eldorado. He married the former Michelle R. Reed who survives. Billy is survived by his mother: Mary J. Biggerstaff of Raleigh, his wife: Michelle Duncan of Eldorado, two step sisters: Belinda Biggerstaff of Harrisburg, Charolette Johnson of McLeansboro, nieces and nephews: Cody, Skyler, Kendra, Reed, Drew, Gabe, great nieces and nephews: Regan, Cameron, Paityn, Dalton, Jaden, sisters and brothers-in-laws: Tim and Marjorie Porter and Lance and Melissa Feazel and a mother-in-law: Ruth Reed of Eldorado. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by a brother: David Duncan. Funeral services will be at 1:00pm Monday, July 26, 2021 at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home in Eldorado with Bob Murray officiating. Visitation is noon to service time on Monday at the funeral home.
