Bobby Leo Milligan

Bobby Leo Milligan 63, resident of Ridgway passed away July 4, 2020 at Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville. Bobby was born June 21, 1957 in Evansville Indiana. Bobby was the eldest son of Ralph Dean and Sharon Ann (Wilhite) Milligan, the former owners of Milligan Scrap Yard. Bobby worked at the scrap yard in his youth and later worked as a farm mechanic and semi driver. He worked for Downen Farms for many years. Bobby had many lifelong friends that will miss him and Michelle Ferrell who was like a daughter to him. Bobby is survived by his brother and sisters: Judy (Jeff) Beam of Eldorado, Kathy (Jerry) Sheppard of New Burnside, Dale Milligan of North Carolina, Cindy (Randy) Carmickle ,several nieces, nephews and cousins and his beloved pets Skeeter and Buffy. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother in law: Mark Seely. Bobby was cremated at his request.
