Brinda Ruth Banks

Brinda Ruth Banks, 84, went home to be with the Lord on Monday August 18, 2025. Brenda was born in Broughton, IL to the late Howard and Vacal (Allen) Flannigan on May 14, 1941. She is survived by daughter Penny Johnson and. daughter Pamela (Carl) Gollihur, two grandchildren Luis (Lauren) Perez and Lisette Perez, five great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Howard and Vacal Flannigan, a twin sister Linda Stagner, her loving husband Richard “Dick” Banks, brothers Denzil Towle and Charles Towle, and grandson Austin Gollihur. By Brinda’s wishes, she will be cremated and returned to Florida to spend eternity with her twin sister.
