Carl Dean Horn, 83, resident of Eldorado passed away Tuesday, November 28, 2023. Carl was born May 2, 1940 in Eldorado to the late Richard E. and Orphan Mae (Turner) Horn. Carl served in the US Army and the US Air Force. Carl is survived by a sister: Carolyn Lewis of Springfield, MO and several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by nine siblings: L. Wanda Markham, Barbara Threet, JR Horn, Thomas Horn, Don Horn, Vernon Horn, Betty Vaughn, Marjorie Perkins and Verma Russell. Graveside services will be at 11:00 am Saturday, December 2, 2023 at Rhine Cemetery in Raleigh. There will be no visitation, those attending should go directly to the cemetery.
