Connie (Kreuter) Ortell

Joan Constance “Connie” Ortell, 85, resident of Huntington Beach, CA, formally of Eldorado, passed away Saturday, October 3, 2020 in Huntington Beach.  Connie was born July 30, 1935 in Metropolis, IL to the late Melvin John and Julia (Walters) Kreuter. Connie graduated High School in Eldorado and went on to become a Registered Nurse. Connie is survived by her husband: Michael Ortell of Huntington Beach, CA, her children: Robin (Brig) Evans of AZ, Lissa Starnes of CA, Todd (Amy) Starnes of CA Heidi Starnes of CA, a step-son: Christopher (Lori) Ortell of AZ and 9 grandchildren. Funeral services for Connie will be at 1:00pm Monday, October 12, 2020 at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home in Eldorado with Rev. Mark Finnie officiating. Burial will be in Wolf Creek Cemetery.
