Dorothy D. Phillips, 95, longtime resident of Eldorado passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at the Harrisburg Medical Center. Dorothy was born January 3, 1925 in Lexington, TN to the late William J. and Edna M. (Frazier) Crowell. She married David L. Phillips who preceded her in death. Dorothy was a member of the Gospel Assembly Church in Eldorado. Dorothy is survived by a daughter: Gail (Rev. Dewayne) Jolly of Eldorado, a granddaughter: Pamela (Richard) Bard of Marion, a nephew: Garland (Dana) Crowell, a niece: Jeannie (Mike) Haskins and a cousin: Jim (Karen) Frazier. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother and sister-in-law: Billy and Betty Jean Crowell. Visitation will be from 11:00am to noon on Saturday, June 20, 2020 at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home in Eldorado. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Saturday at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, 6965 Mayfield Rd, Paducah, KY 42003. Rev. L.D. Jolly will officiate. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens next to her husband.
