Edward L. Owen

Edward L. Owen, 56, resident of Harrisburg died peacefully at his home August 4, 2024. He was know to many as “Edro” or “Tuffy.” He worked as a roofer and construction worker and loved singing karaoke, welding and riding motorcycles. Ed is survived by two sons: Austin (Jennifer) Owen and Aaron (Leanne) Owen, a brother: Ronnie Shaw, sisters: Connie Cummins, Marsha Hopson, Angel Owen, his significant other: Deneena Zbella, life long best friend Blake Vaughn and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Claude and Emma Rae Owen, parents: Edward and Bobbie Owen, brothers: Rusty Shaw, John Shaw, niece: Tonya Hopson, brother-in-laws: Jim Cummins and Willie Hopson. As per his wishes he was cremated and a celebration of life will be planned at a later date.
