Elsa Rosalyn James, 100, of Wichita Falls, TX passed away on Tuesday, April 17, 2018. She was a former resident of Hot Springs, and she was born October 27, 1917 in Omaha, IL to the late Ralph and Margaret Moore. She was preceded in death by her husband Dr. H. P. James. She is survived by two sons, Jimmy James (Donna) of Wichita Falls, TX and John James (Susan) Mt. Washington, KY. Also surviving are grandchildren Chris James, Amy Hinojosa and Sara Day and 7 great granddaughters. There will be a family memorial service at a later date.
