Emma Lucille (Parker) Lindsey

Emma Lucille Lindsey, 86, resident of Eldorado passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at Ferrell Hospital. Lucille was born February 17, 1938 in Eldorado to the late Otto and Callie (Kimbro) Parker. She married Daniel Lindsey who preceded her in death. Lucille was a loving mother, a loving grandmother and always provided a space in her home for anyone who needed it. She is survived by five children: William “Bill” Unthank of Walsh, Melody (Kendall) Lane of Walsh, Delores Rivers of Louisville, IL, Tina Unthank of Eldorado, and Joany (Jerry Abner) Manuel of Eldorado, grandchildren: Cody (Hailey Williams) Potts of Eldorado, Brooklyn (Kody Tennison) Potts, Casey (James) Horseman of Eldorado, Samantha (P.J. Sigler) Swearengin of Eldorado, Tommy (Megan) Swearengin, Danny (Brenda) Unthank of Harrisburg, Amanda Unthank of Sparta, Billy (Toni) Cummins of Eldorado, Lucas Quertermous of Harrisburg, Derek (Christian) Rivers of Harrisburg, Dylan (Alyssa) Yates of Harrisburg, Brendan (Brooke) Mann of St. Louis, 26 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a son: Wesley Rivers, two grandchildren: Chelcie Potts, Jennifer Wentzel, a great granddaughter: Bailey Rose Sigler, a great grandson: Calvin Davis, siblings: Willard, Raymond, Jesse, Sonny, Bud, Desi, Ann, Wilma, Mary and a special sister-in-law and best friend: Betty Parker. Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm Monday, November 25, 2024 at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home in Eldorado with Rev. Toby Hise officiating. Visitation will be 11:00 am until service time on Monday.
