Freda Louise (Hafford) Connett

Freda “Lou” Louise Connett, 88, resident of Eldorado passed away peacefully in her sleep Wednesday morning September, 16, 2020 at her residence. Lou was born March 1, 1932 in Eldorado to the late Harold and Hazel (Akins) Hafford. She married John W. (Bill) Connett who preceded her in death. She was a member of the Eldorado Church of God & had been attending New Life Full Gospel Assembly in Harrisburg (currently New Life Christian Center in Equality) since 2017.  Lou is survived by a daughter: Jeanna Weaver of Eldorado, grandchildren: Tami (Eric) Zacovic of Eldorado, Sharon Weaver of Galatia, J.R. (Danielle) Waychoff of Eldorado, Ronnie (Rachel Goben) Waychoff of Eldorado, Mike (Lynn) Weaver of Eldorado, great grandchildren: Lindy Zacovic of Eldorado, Evan (Hannah Ritz) Zacovic of Nashville, TN, Olivia Evans of St. Louis, MO, Dalton Fitzpatrick of Galatia, Derek Fitzpatrick of Galatia, Daniel (Charlene Alexander) Evans of Eldorado, Keyandre (Te Jay) Talkington of Eldorado, Hunter Weaver of Evansville, IN, Nikolas Waychoff of Eldorado, MaKayla Waychoff of Eldorado, Taylin Bradenburger of Booneville, IN, Rocco Biafore of Eldorado, Joseph Biafore IV of New Jersey, great great grandson: Asher Evans of Eldorado, sisters: Betty Tyler of Dixon, TN, Pat Nation of Prescott Valley, AZ, sister-in-law: Sharon Gwaltney of Eldorado, special nieces and nephews: Bob (Bernadine) Murray of Eldorado and Carolyn (Gary) Ellison of Eldorado, Darrell (Diane) Hafford of Harrisburg, Pam (Bill) Young of Red Rock, AZ, Jeff (Kristie) Tyler of Lawrenceburg, KY, Jarrod (Stephanie) Tyler of McDonough, GA,  Sandra Tyler of Dickson, TN, Robin (Jim) Willey of Phoenix, AZ, Kevin (Leah) Nation of Goodyear, AZ, Melody Nation of Prescott Valley, AZ, Troy Gwaltney of Eldorado and several other nieces and nephews & cousins.  In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a son: James Rex Connett, a grandson: Billee Evans, brothers: Kenny & John David (Crockett) Hafford, nieces:  Becky Tyler & Candace Gwaltney, nephews: Mike Nation and Timothy Tyler, and three brothers-in-law: Don Tyler, Thurman (Bud) Nation and Don Gwaltney. Funeral Services will be at 2:00 pm Sunday, September 20, 2020 at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home with Blake Clayton officiating. Visitation will be Sunday 11:00 am to service time.  Burial will be in Wolf Creek Cemetery.
