Glen Sinks, 94, resident of Eldorado passed away Thursday, May 8, 2025 at Eldorado Nursing and Rehab. Glen was born July 17, 1930 in Galatia, Illinois to the late Glen W. and Mary E. (Kendall) Sinks. He married the former Donna L. Pullam who preceded him in death. He was a member of the Gospel Assembly Church in Eldorado. Glen retired from Laclede Steel in Alton, Illinois. He is survived by a son; Glen Sinks, Jr. of Eldorado, grandchildren; Stephanie (Wesley Middleton) Sinks, Gordon Dale Rubenstein, Khristopher Rubenstein, Tammy (Josh) Givens, great grandchildren; Joshua Givens, Jr., Kailee Givens and Blaze Rubenstein. In addition to his parents and wife he was preceded in death by three children; Floyd Sinks, Clada Ramey, and an infant David Lee Sinks, a grandson; Patrick and seven siblings; John David, Calvin Lee, Fred, George, Phillip, Jeanine and Mary Jean. Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm Thursday, May 15, 2025 at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home in Eldorado with Rev. L.D. Jolly officiating. Visitation will be Thursday 11:00 am until service time at the funeral home. Burial will be in Wolf Creek Cemetery.
