Ida Mae Humphrey, 92, resident of Harrisburg passed away Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at her residence. Ida Mae was born May 30, 1928 in Equality to the late Bluford and Katie (Locklar) Booten. She married Freeman Humphrey who preceded her in death. She was a member of Gaskin City Missionary Baptist Church. Ida Mae is survived by a daughter: Terri (Roger) Stevens of Raleigh, two step sons: Charles Humphrey, Phillip Humphrey, two step daughters: Francis Holliman, Carol Wilkinson, grandsons: Brock (Kristin) Stevens, Darren Stevens, great grandchildren: Haley Stevens, Hunter Stevens, Evan Stevens and several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren she loved very much. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by two step sons: Bob Humphrey, Ronald Humphrey and three step daughters: Lenora Basham, Peggy Richey and Margaret Prather. Graveside services will be at 11:00am Friday, April 23, 2021 at Ingram Hill Cemetery in Harrisburg with Rev. Don Nelson officiating. There will be no visitation, those attending should go directly to the cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois or Gaskin City Missionary Baptist Church.
