Janet F. (Simpson) Debose

Janet F. DeBose, 71, resident of Eldorado passed away Friday, October 4, 2024 at the Gallatin Rehab and healthcare center. Jan was born June 12, 1953 in Evansville, Indiana to the late Leonard and Marie (Tucker) Simpson. She married Donald Ray DeBose who preceded her in death. She was a nurse prior to retirement. Jan is survived by three sons: Ricky (Terri) DeBose of Eldorado, Donald (Traci) DeBose of Eldorado, Chris Miller of Eldorado, three daughters: Rita (Charlie) Holland of Carmi, Joyce (Kendall) Jones of Herrin, Candi (Doug) Basham of KY, 15 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by an infant son: David Miller, a brother Ronnie Simpson and a granddaughter: Mishealia Meridith. Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm Wednesday, October 9, 2024 with Pastor Kendall Jones officiating. Visitation will be 11:00 am until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.
