Jeffrey P. Chaffin

Jeffrey P. Chaffin passed away at his home in Stonefort, IL on Monday, July 14, 2025. He was born, September 22, 1959 in Benton, IL to the late Ernest and Letha (McClintock) Chaffin. Jeffrey is survived by his wife, Laura (Day) Chaffin, children; Michele (Cory) Weishaar, Timothy Chaffin, Michael (Lisa) Chaffin, Steven Chaffin, siblings; John Chaffin, Harry Chaffin, Wanda (Denise) Chaffin of Benton, Elizabeth (Jeff) Willis of Avoca AR, Rose (Virgil) Akin of Akin, grandchildren; Hailey, Ashley, Travis, Shane, Emily Weishaar, Samuel Chaffin, Donavon, Samantha and baby Jacob Chaffin on the way. In addition to his parents, Jeffrey was preceded in death by his daughter, Breanna Chaffin, siblings; Cathy Hawkins, Billy Chaffin, and sister-in-law, Judy Chaffin. There will be no public services.
