Obituary

Jerry Gordon Cain, 82, resident of Eldorado passed away Monday, October 24, 2022 at his residence. Jerry was born June 21, 1940 in Harrisburg to the late Gordon and Ina (Gibbons) Cain. He served in The US Army. Jerry worked for many years for Proctor and Gamble. He married Vickie C. Milstead who survives. He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. In addition to his wife, Jerry is survived by two children: Tracy (Tim) Stafford of Eldorado, Jeff (Miranda) Cain of Eldorado, three stepchildren: Grant (Taylor) Twiss, Ginger (Chris) Blue, Gerad Milstead, a brother: Jim (Susan) Cain, grandchildren: Caitlyn Stafford, Rachel Stafford, Cooper Cain, Kinsley Cain, step grandchildren: Isla Twiss, Olivia Vaughn, Kennedy Blue and Carson Blue, niece: Ashley Cain Nunn, nephew: Ross Cain. Graveside services will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, October 27, 2022 at Lindale Cemetery with Rev. Dewayne Taylor officiating.  There will be no visitation.  Those attending should go directly to the cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to The Eldorado High School Hope Program and will be accepted at the cemetery. Condolences and expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family via the website www.colonialterracefuneralhome.com
