Judith Ann Phillips, 73, passed away on June 24, 2021 surrounded by her family. Judy was born on February 3, 1948 in Harrisburg, Illinois. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, William “Tony” Phillips, and her four children: Bradley Phillips, Christi Phillips, Amy Phillips and Angie Turner. She loved her 13 grandchildren: Samantha Phillips, Ashton Phillips, Michael Phillips, Kourtney Phillips, Isaiah Fellows, Taylor Turner, Jake Turner, Tiffany Phillips, Price Phillips, Max Turner, Ryder Walsh, Bentley Walsh, Beckem Walsh, as well as her 10 great-grandchildren. Judy worked in the clerical field for many years before taking the job that she loved as a teacher’s aid in the Eldorado School District, where she retired in 2003. She enjoyed being active in her community serving as the President of the Mothers Of Twins Club, Girl Scout Leader (Cookie Drive Chairman), selling Avon and Tuppeware, and she was an expert at finding and buying antiques. She loved reading, painting, and yard saling. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Hale and Marian Wargel, and her sister Vicki Hale DeGiacinto. A funeral service is scheduled for 10 a.m. on June 26th, 2021 at Colonial Terrace in Eldorado, Illinois with burial immediately following in the Raleigh Masonic Cemetery.
