Karl "Bob" Younger

Karl R. “Bob” Younger, 75, resident of Eldorado passed away Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at Eldorado Nursing and Rehab. Bob was born January 21, 1946 in Eldorado to the late Kenneth F. and Mary (Ludwig) Younger. He married the former Linda Quigley who preceded him in death. He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Bob is survived by his sister-in-law: Lori Quigley of Eldorado, a brother: Timmy K. (Judith) Younger of PA, a sister Margaret Ann (Edward) Tice of OH, nieces and nephews: Kristine Powell, Jay (Annette) Tice, Kenneth (Kristin) Younger, Paige (Shawn Tomko) Younger, great nieces: Brittaney (Ryan) Burdine, Blair Powell, great great nieces and nephew: Olivia Tice, Vivian Younger, River Burdine, brother and sister-in-law: Larry and Erlene Quigley of Carbondale and his faithful canine companion, Jelly Bean. A Mass of Christian Burial will be said at 11:00 am Friday, September 3, 2021 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Eldorado with Fr. Christian Iwaugwu officiating. Burial will be in Wolf Creek Cemetery. Visitation is 5-7 pm Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to help with funeral expenses and will be accepted at the funeral home.
