Lori R. Milligan

Lori Renae Milligan, 49 of Herrin, IL passed away peacefully on Friday March 27, 2020. Lori was born October 3, 1970 to Jerry and Shirley Milligan. Lori was a graduate of Harrisburg High School Class of 1988. Lori owned and operated Tattletales an in home day care for many years. She had a special love for children. Her love for children went beyond the daycare. She was a proud Aunt to all of her nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was always willing to step up and care for them as if they were her own. Lori was an avid animal lover. Lori also worked as a lab tech and proudly serviced many of the nursing homes throughout Southern Illinois. She is survived by her husband Billy Upton, her mother Shirley Milligan, Father Jerry (Irma) Milligan, brothers Randy (Stacey) Milligan, brother Jerry Milligan, Tim Moore and sister Lynn Rickenborg. Nieces Amanda (Bob) Smith and Sara Milligan. Nephews Mason Milligan, Matthew Milligan and Sam Milligan. And many special great nieces and nephews. Proceeded in death by her first husband Greg Weatherly, grandparents Arthur and Ruby Milligan and her special Grandma Helen Savinski.
