Sharon Kay (Williams) Rider

Sharon K. Rider, 70, resident of Ridgway passed away Sunday, December 12, 2021 at the Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Center in Paducah, KY. Sharon was born June 15, 1951 in Carrier Mills, IL to the late Raymond O. and Francis I. (Minner) Williams. Sharon worked as a CNA at Ferrell Hospital prior to retirement. On January 11, 2001 she married Donald Rider who preceded her in death. She was Methodist by faith. Sharon is survived by a son Adam and  wife Crystal Todd of Evansville, three grandchildren: Gabrielle, Dustin and Cody and three two grandchildren: Aalena and Jaxon. Sharon was one of eleven children, Billy Ray, James Guthery, Phillip, Floyd Bennett, Ralph Donald, Alma Ruth, Helen Jean, Mona Joyce, John W. and Charles R. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 20, 2021 at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home in Eldorado with Rev. Russell Helton officiating. Visitation will be Monday 10:00 a.m. to service time. Burial will be in Hurricane Campground Cemetery in Tolu, Ky.
