Shea Cooley

Keri Shea Cooley, 52, resident of Eldorado passed away Friday, November 8, 2024 at the Linda E. White Hospice House in Evansville, Indiana. She was born July 31, 1972 in Eldorado to the late William Frederick and Carol Denise (Bainbridge) Cooley. She worked as an aide at the Carrier Mills School. She had a love for the sun, beach, ocean and her dogs. Shea is survived by her three sons: Dakota Metten of Harrisburg, Dawson (Jessi Parks) Metten of Marion, Drayson Grathler of Raleigh, sisters: Tracy (Alan) Lambert of Harrisburg, Kristin (Bryce) Jerrell of Harrisburg, Amy Cooley of Eldorado, Caitlin (Keith) Pritchett of Eldorado, a brother: Gabe (Kalie) Cooley of Eldorado, grandchildren: Karsyn and Kaylin Metten of Harrisburg and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her grandparents Bill and Marge Cooley and Pete and Marge Bainbridge. Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home in Eldorado with Rev. Aaron Phelps officiating. Visitation will be 10:00 am until service time on Wednesday. Burial will be in Raleigh Masonic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Drayson’s college fund and will be accepted at the funeral home.
