Terry Gene Carrier

Terry Gene Carrier, 84, resident of Harrisburg passed away Monday, December 9, 2024 at his residence. Terry was born July 16, 1940 in Carrier Mills, Illinois to the late Kenneth and Lillian (Jenkins) Carrier. He served in the US Air Force. He married the former Cheryl L. Jones who survives. Terry worked for over 40 years as a farrier shoeing horses for many people in the area. In addition to his wife he is survived by two daughters: Terri Fay Bolin of MO, Shelley Jean Rogers of AR, two half brothers: Joe Bob Carrier of Carrier Mills, Kenneth (Ski) Carrier of Harrisburg, a half sister: Linda (Bill) Staley of Ledford, two grandchildren: Ashley and Josh and two great grandchildren: Roman and Brooklyn. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers: Mike Holland, Farris Carrier, Fred Carrier and a sister Roberta Wallace.
