I was so sad to hear of Al's passing. I am the grandson of Orland and Bonnie Bramlet. Grandpa always said Mary Margaret was his favorite cousin and we visited her and Al every time I came to town as a youngster. They were both so kind and funny. Later, when I was a student at SIUC, after Grandpa had passed and Grandma had moved back to the St. Louis area, I would sometimes stop and visit with Al and Mary Margaret on the weekends. They were always so warm and welcoming. My condolences to all his family.

So sorry to read of your Dad's passing. The last time I saw him was when our senior choir was singing at Union Grove. My Mom and Dad sure loved doing things with them! Sorry for your loss.

Many great memories of Albert and Mary Margaret as youth when we spent time together at Tarryon Resort on Barkley Lake in Kuttawa Ky . We had a trailer in one area and they had one in another area . I remember that as soon as we would get there I would want to go visit Al and Mary Margaret and dad would rather get started fishing ( I really didn't care so much about fishing ) . They both were always so nice to me and we would share stories of the past weeks happenings on the farm with me and their work for them . Funny how we would visit there in Kentucky but not so much back home ( always busy with work at home ) . Even better when we started going to the same church in later years and worshiped together . Definitely gonna miss Al as I have Mary Margaret for years now . Prayers for peace and comfort to Janet , Barry and families .
