Mr. Ellis was the Eldorado Junior High principal when my son Kerry was in junior high. It was a tough time for Kerry, as he had been in an accident the summer between 7th and 8th grades. Mr. Ellis helped coordinate the operation of the home to school technology system that allowed Kerry to hear his classes while confined at home. We appreciated Mr. Ellis' understanding. Pat and Family: Fred and I are so sorry to hear of Vern's passing. We just heard it in church this morning. Just know you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. Vern was a wonderful educator and will be remembered fondly by many for his many faithful years of service.

Mr. Ellis was a fine man. He was one of the reasons I got a full time job working for Eldorado School System and I am still here! Prayers for his family.
