Robert Harrison

  Robert Harrison, 58, formerly of Eldorado, Ill.,  passed away Monday, May 2, 2016 in California. He was born April 8, 1958 in Eldorado to the late Linda (Sisk) Roberts and Glenn Harrison. He was raised in Eldorado and people would know him as Bobby (Goose) Roberts. During his younger years he developed a great love of traveling the United States by hitch hiking across country. He later spent a lot of time traveling around on his Harley.  Bobby was a Union Electrician which gave him the ability to keep up with his love of travel by working anywhere in the United States. He was preceded in death by his parents, Linda (Sisk) Roberts and Bill Roberts. He is survived by a brother, Bill (Cindy) Roberts and two sisters, Cheryl Beaumont and Debbie Houston. He is also survived by a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.  Services will be held at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home in Eldorado on Saturday, June 11, 2016  with visitation from 12 p.m. until service time at 3 p.m. The Reverend Howard Ashelman will conduct the service.  All family and close friends are invited to the home of Bill and Cindy Roberts  after the service for a celebration of life.
